Take the risk and embrace your life by lifting your expectations off your Setbacks to take advantage of the better days just ahead. Trouble comes and goes like the Ocean tides, it washes over you and passes.

Some people retreat into themselves and try to run from their trouble, but to no avail. The best approach is to face it and work through it. Yes, you might be stretched beyond what you think you can handle and it probably isn't fair or just. You might even have to concede to losing some stuff presently but it;s not worth losing your health over; better off releasing it with BLESSING.
